Insurance Billings

I am an “in-network” provider with the following insurance companies:

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont

• Vermont Medicaid

• Cigna

• MVP

Being an “in-network” provider means that you are eligible for a contracted rate, insurance is billed directly and services are eligible towards your deductible. You are responsible for copay or paying the contracted rate if your deductible has yet to be met. I strongly recommend that you reach out to your insurance company before the initial appointment so that you understand the out-of-pocket cost for you.

If your health insurance is through another provider and you are interested in receiving services with me, my rate is $100/session. Again, verify your health insurance coverage before the initial appointment.
